By Eli Flesch (March 29, 2022, 5:53 p.m. EDT) – A Louisiana chiropractic clinic not entitled to coverage for its pandemic losses, a federal judge has ruled, saying the clinic did not allege the type of physical losses needed for coverage under his policy with a State Farm unit.
U.S. District Judge Robert R. Summerhays said in a ruling Monday that the Cohn Chiropractic Clinic is not alleging tangible changes to its Lafayette-based business that would be required to be covered by its State Farm Fire & Casualty Co policy.
