  1. The Marietta/Belpre Health Department will be hosting the Belpre Clinic Day this Wednesday. On November 16, residents can get their COVID-19 and flu shots from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 715 Park Drive in Belpre. 2. About 13 miles away in Parkersburg, the Blennerhassett Regional History Museum hosts the 18th Annual Mid-Ohio Valley Heritage Quilt Show. The theme for this year’s event is “Quilts for All Seasons,” according to President Brenda Wentzel, who has held the position for eight years. The quilts are on display until November 20 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through The “People’s Choice” winner will be announced November 20. (Subscription: Marietta Times)
  3. Do you recognize this dog? Aunt Bea is a senior female Chihuahua mix who was brought to the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley on November 12 by a good Samaritan. The person found her without a collar in the parking lot of the Lafayette Center Shopping Plaza on Pike Street. She was not microchipped. Aunt Bea will be held for three days so that her family has the opportunity to retrieve her with proof of ownership (per Ohio’s revised code). (Ohio Valley Human Society)
