A new anti-aging and wellness clinic opens in West Boca Raton.

A grand opening ceremony and inauguration of the CR8 Health clinic is planned for Wednesday July 20, at 5 p.m., where the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and other local dignitaries will be in attendance.

Customers will be able to enjoy light bites and bubbles while enjoying wellness and skincare demonstrations, mini-treatments, specials, giveaways, a free body composition test, and more Again.

Founded by brothers Dr. Nadav D. Fields and Dr. Jonathan M. Fields, both residents of Coral Springs, CR8 Health focuses on age management, aesthetic enhancement and health maximization.

With over 40 years of combined experience, the clinic’s medical and aesthetic team creates personalized treatment programs for all patients. From hormone optimization and functional medicine practices to non-invasive skin tightening and rejuvenation solutions, CR8 Health offers dozens of treatment services in a family atmosphere.

Dr. Fields said the clinic’s location is perfect for both Boca residents and those traveling from Coral Springs and Parkland. “We’re on Glades, just off the turnpike. It’s only a 15 minute drive,” he added.

He said the founders and staff are excited to finally open the clinic, start seeing patients and meeting the community. “We have been working on this project for about a year. Few medical spas and clinics in the area offer all the services we will provide, and we are happy to be able to engage, educate and empower our patients,” he added.

Dr. Fields, Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine, operates an American Integrative Medicine Clinic in Tamarac.

His brother, Dr Nadav Fields, is a physician and primary care physician who has worked in a hospital for a decade and has “become frustrated with corporate health care”, particularly in recent years as he faced to the pandemic.

The brothers wanted to open a clinic together where they could combine integrative medicine and aesthetic treatments with a highly personalized approach. Dr. Fields says having a doctor on site will make a big difference for patients.

“Few medical spas have an actual doctor on staff; they usually operate under the direction of a nurse. In our office, patients could talk to Dr. Nadav Fields and get real medical advice,” he said, adding that such consultations can help the medical team find the root cause of problems faced by patients, be it chronic health conditions, autoimmune diseases, fatigue or thyroid problems.

“Dr. Nadav Fields is board certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine, which is not seen in many weight loss centers. The level of education and expertise we can offer is superior , and we hope residents will benefit,” said Dr. Jonathan Fields.

He added that CR8 Health is offering July promotions and offers to friends and family to celebrate the grand opening. Specialty pricing includes $100 savings on testosterone replacement, Botox/Xeomin, and dermal filler syringes (Radiesse, Belotero, Versa Lips, and Juvederm).
