The Doc990 Clinical Solution is a channeling platform that has been extended for free at Lady Ridgeway Hospital (LRH) that includes a convenient tri-lingual toll-free ‘1390’ hotline (from any mobile network ).
This solution was a critical step forward in LRH’s digitization journey, enabling patients to experience the benefits of a remote physician routing service from across Sri Lanka.
LRH serves more than 445,000 patients annually in more than 40 clinics. As a value addition to hospital processes, the Doc990 channeling system enables staff to manage doctor-patient appointments, enabling a convenient doctor channeling experience for patients and hospital staff.
