Front Office/Medical Assistant at Lander Medical Clinic

Our Chief Operating Officer is responsible for organizing and directing all aspects of billing services, including policy development and administration, account management, collections and claims handling. This person is also responsible for accrediting new and existing vendors and managing the clinic’s information technology team.
We are looking for a candidate with in-depth knowledge of medical billing and coding, advanced knowledge of technology and information systems, and the ability to manage a large team. This person will report directly to the CEO and will require strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks and strong written/verbal communication skills. Experience with supplier accreditation would be an asset, but not required.

Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist
We are looking for a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join the Western Family Care team. This person’s responsibilities will include taking vital signs, performing admission procedures, obtaining medical histories, administering medications, and administering injections as needed. This person will also be responsible for blood collection and management of internal labs as required. 4+ years of experience as a phlebotomist and/or medical assistant preferred.
medical laboratory technician
The clinic is looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. This individual will be responsible for drawing blood, ensuring quality control during sample collection, and performing technical laboratory functions including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology. This person will also install, maintain, calibrate and clean medical laboratory equipment and report test results, alerting providers and/or nurses to abnormal results.
Medical Assistant/Reception at Western Family Care – East
Western Family Care is looking for someone to work in our East Building to assist with patient check-in as well as rooming patients and obtaining their vital signs. This person will be responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointments, greeting and registering patients, verifying insurance, and collecting payments. This person will also take vital signs, perform admission procedures, obtain medical histories, administer medications and give injections as needed. This position requires a calm, courteous and customer service-oriented person, able to exercise discretion and good judgment. It also requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, excellent documentation skills and follow-up. No experience or certification is required, we are ready to train you.
Patient Relations – Front Office at Western Family Care
We are hiring a full time Patient Relations Assistant to provide excellent customer service to our patients, this position will be primarily located in our Riverton clinic. Standard clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Hours vary by position. Employees typically work 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday or some employees work four 10 hour shifts. Workdays for 10 hour shifts vary based on availability. Employees may occasionally have a half day on Saturday. Full-time employees are eligible for the clinic’s benefits plan which includes medical, dental and vision coverage, an excellent 401(k) plan, long-term disability, health savings and flexible spending plans .
