National Institute of Health Specialties accredits Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi: The National Institute of Health Specialties (NIHS) has awarded Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a Mubadala Health Partner, Institutional Accreditation after meeting accreditation requirements. Accreditation allows trainee doctors to be certified by the Emirates Board and progress to a Level 1 Consultant level.

Dr. Mohammed Al Houqani, Secretary General of the NIHS, commended the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi for the quality of its healthcare and services, noting that NIHS accreditation requirements serve as a benchmark for best practice in health care. medical education around the world.

The NIHS is the regulatory body that sets the standards for specialized healthcare training programs in the United Arab Emirates. It also organizes specialized professional examinations and issues the certificates of higher health specialties, including counseling and scholarships, for trainees.
